Sleep Number is behind on compensation, workers under executive positions should be making at least $2 more to keep up with issues of inflation. Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Instead of matching what other average companies do, Sleep Number should try to be better with pay by at least $2 more so employees will enjoy working here. They expect us to bring our best, but they don't treat us like the best. PTO system is still not good and could be way better.
