Leadership at the store level is great. District management is less supportive and Corp policies and bs on the rise

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good base pay, annual stock and quarterly bonus
Bonus had been great last few years.

Instead of matching what other average companies do, Sleep Number should try to be better with pay by at least $2 more so employees will enjoy working here. They expect us to bring our best, but they don't treat us like the best. PTO system is still not good and could be way better.

The delivery technician is carrying too much
We overcharge for replacement parts.
Nothing is exactly wrong, it's just a lot of the same and nothing changes. The front line needs more of a voice.
