Training and organization and communication
Being present and not addressing issues that you have no clue on
Ego driven. Very self absorbed. Out of touch with reality.
Explaining and giving the company more time to adapt to the changes.
Listening to the people in the stores. They are the ones on the front line who know what is going on firsthand.
