Mr. Ronald E. Mayle, also known as Ron, has been Senior Vice President at Retail of Select Comfort Corporation and President of Select Comfort Retail Corporation since December 1, 1997. Mr. Mayle served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cool Cuts 4 Kids, Inc. from January 2006 to January 2009. From October 1996 to December 1997, he served as Managing Member of Management & Capital, a retail consulting firm. From May 1995 to October 1996, Mr. Mayle served as an Independent Retail Marketing Consultant, primarily to a variety of privately owned, start-up retail enterprises, advising on infrastructure and sales and marketing strategies. From April 1992 to May 1995, he served as Vice President of Operations of Petstuff, Inc., a subsidiary of PetsMart Inc. Mr. Mayle serves as Director of Cool Cuts 4 Kids, Inc. since February 2009.
