
My Director is very supportive and manages to take and make everything positive or understandable. Any negativity she trys to create understanding.

Dental Benefits are excellent and a real game changer as it makes the medical side of premiums and deductibles easier to handle and manage. It's a good give and take.
I feel like it is in line with market value, it's not overly impressive. I am unsatisfied with the health care options and costs.
Hoping it is temporary but I am taking on more work for the same pay.
I think there should be more PTO offered and more sick pay (rather than just covid pay) to have more flex and take time off when needed. I also believe SBI should take more initiative to increase wages to reflect current cost of living, as other companies are currently doing.
The mail team as a whole NEVER get any type of recognition not even a thank you. I know we get dinner and lunch at the end of the month but thats shouldn't be the way to keep us "motivated. I think at best minimum we should get paid $16 to make it all worth it and we want to stay working here.
Current inflation rates and new hiring wages. What would make me feel better about compensation would be more current and active retention evaluations.
I feel like we would receive raises once a year and it has now been a while in which also it ends up being just a couple of cents. With everything else being raised around us such as food, rent, gas, I believe it should be taken into consideration of what us as employees are going through.

A couple of my coworkers need to be retrained on workplace bullying and should face consequences for workplace bullying that has already taken place.

Working from home and the autonomy to do my job knowing I have support
The coworkers and the corporate mentality that we all work together. I haven't experienced much negative interactions from the field/offices and its been a great overall experience
We all get along and we never have any bad days
A good work environment. I feed off of my coworkers and managers. If they make it a bad one I won't want to be there.

Voices to be heard about "wants/needs". Accessibility to tools to better assist all. Ensuring all team members can receive quick assistance and resolution from the IT department.
There are a lot of unknowns that happen in my day. Even though it keeps me on my toes and busy I always fear what is going to drop on us today, who is going to be mad at us or what crazy things are going to come up that we do not have control over. Last to find out but heavily impacted kind of thing
Overall the team is overworked. When finding reliable resources in other departments, they tend to be overworked as well. It is hard to provide good internal and external customer service when the volume is too high.

i believe we are pressured to complete so many account that we can become stressed when mid day we are not close to those numbers
