we are all get along and work and mesh very well ! always keep each other going and make work fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mail team as a whole NEVER get any type of recognition not even a thank you. I know we get dinner and lunch at the end of the month but thats shouldn't be the way to keep us "motivated. I think at best minimum we should get paid $16 to make it all worth it and we want to stay working here.
