Been with Smile Brands for 5yrs and i love the leadership and of how close they make us. They make me feel cared for. Their support is amazing!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize other people in the company doing their small part to help provide Smiles for Everyone. Stop nepotism, I have seen people higher in the company have their sons, daughters, or other loved ones hired. Some even in the same department.

Some of the best things about my team would be that this team has many years of dental assistant experience to be able to provide the best care and support for our clinics. We all have worked in the clinic before working at the support center.
