What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be completely honest, NO. We currently don't have much support from upper management. We are constantly being micromanage. We are expected to work short staff and under staff. I was giving additional duties and responsibility and no increase {going on over 2yrs}. The truth is, it really isn't abo

Communication. Flexibility. Our team meetings are always canceled. We are never told what is going on throughout the company. We hear things through whispers and phone tag. If questions are raised in a meeting, we are quickly shot down. We don't even know our manager of our entire overall dept.

The training here when I first started was terrible and still is lacking in so many ways. there are may other things but there is not enough space to go over them all.

It could be the smallest things, such as just showing appreciation or gratitude. Even just saying THANK YOU! Would make a difference.

I feel like we work many hours and we spend so much time here and it never feels like enough for management. We work for our bonus and then don't get it because we're late a few times and sometimes that's not within our control

i have been with the company with 9 years i am now receiving pay rate for some one that is just coming into the company .

I have been working as the only Cephalometric Analyst with SBI for 8 years. I have not been compensated in this position fairly without any help. The average salary for this position is at least $35 hourly. I'm not even close to that.

I have one of the best teams in my office, without my team we would not be successful. I go out of my way so show my team appreciation with my own money {breakfast & lunch}

it's not all of them just a few. truth is it is mostly team leads. no one here really make me care about their behavior much.

We've gone from having celebrations of random holidays to having absolutely nothing. Not even a Smile Brands sponsored face mask. Some of us continue to be denied access to working at home when the person denying rarely is in office, that "fairness" is lacking.

I very much enjoy working remotely from home. It's easier to concentrate without all the distractions at the office. Also, we don't have to listen to the chatter amongst co-workers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No catty behavior would be nice. mangers telling their leads not to talk bad about their employees. better insurance coverage. an HSA/FSA card that will cover all my RX, vitamins and other health care needs. nd a cost of living raise for the inflation.
