How well they work together and compliment each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's interesting how some people take on additional responsibilities but do not get compensated for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. If something comes up we usually send slack messages so everyone is aware of what's going on. My team members are very personable and helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I very much enjoy working remotely from home. It's easier to concentrate without all the distractions at the office. Also, we don't have to listen to the chatter amongst co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's nice to be asked for my input on some special projects. It shows me they care about what I think. The positivity has gotten better since working remotely from home.
