What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing really, just glad to have it. Glad they finally listened to feedback and improved the 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit raise is not up to par with inflation and price increases for food, rent and transportation

I think for employees that do not take the health INS provided they should bet something in return. Once company I worked for gave the employees $200 a pay period if the opted out of the medical INS. You as a company help cover a portion of the medical so the people that do not participate miss out

It would be nice to have raises that are actually seen. Most yearly raises don't even pay 1 month of a mortgage payment.

Everyone works well enough together but obvious most prefer working autonomously. M most are there to work, not be friends, which is fine, work is the priority.

My MWD coworkers could be more team players. my SBI coworkers are quick to help and check in with me, but it is not the same on the MWD side.

Most positive is moving to permanent remote for the foreseeable future.
