What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team considers all of the Company's team members when making decisions, big or small. They work hard to make sure all team members are heard, and also to make sure all team members are aware of the Company's purpose and path.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More responsibilities are added with no increase in salary or position. At the minimum a conversation to discuss and opportunity to advance.

Health benefits could be better as the premiums are high and don't offer the best coverage. The HSA match is nice, but being required to contribute to receive the a match sours it a little. A 401k match of any amount would be appreciated and place the company in a more competitive spot for talent.
