They are open, honest, communicative and very concerned about maintaining a positive culture.

Exposure to people from different disciplines to provide a well rounded view of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's "door" is open. We support one another and collaborate well. We celebrate success regularly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works hard but also genuinely likes one another and they seem happy in their roles. They embrace challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is engaged and very active in building rapport and relationships across the organization. The focus is on teambuilding and positivity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is in line with the market and fair for the work I do. It has both incentive elements and equity elements along with a fair base.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is ethical, hard-working, collaborative and the team members are very accountable. They value teamwork and also manage to keep a sense of humor which is key to survival in tough times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have strong values (Safe.Smile.Space. for example) that we adhere to. We constantly remind ourselves of our mission, Smiles For Everyone, and what that means. We stay on message in good times and tough ones alike.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt that the interview process was very thorough. When finished, I felt that the company knew everything meaningful about me and I also had a good sense of the team I would be working with and for.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest is being a strong resource that other team members can rely on to execute, provide support and information and fulfill a critical role within the company. Another thing that makes me excited is giving recognition to my team for jobs well done.
