It's both a base and performance-based model.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't be I'm undervalued but when asking for just a smidge more of an increase after a really great review (over the past two years). I was turned down due to budget cost.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my SBI team members however I found it sometimes frustrating when interacting with our Midwest counter-parts.

The executive teams vibe, I find them relatable and genuine. Leadership always conveys positive vibes.

We have a mission and vision of creating "Smiles for Everyone." This mission statement is carried out at the highest level to the hourly employee. We attempt to live out this mission daily from one interaction to the next.
