The thoughtfulness that goes into "how" they lead.

The team considers employees. Work life balance, bonuses, holidays, town halls and smile summits. The leadership team considers ways to make employees smile and reward them as well.

What I like best of the company's leadership is they hear our concerns and they care... They may not be able to help in all areas of our lives but they try hard to help us manage our metal health and provide resources if needed..

I have only been with the company for less than a year but I do feel I am being compensated which I think is fair. I am hoping every I receive a raise for my hard work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't be I'm undervalued but when asking for just a smidge more of an increase after a really great review (over the past two years). I was turned down due to budget cost.

I feel i deserve more for the time, effort, and contributions I make to the team. I understand everyone thinks they should make more but there is a large difference between teams. And at times that difference is hard to justify.
