What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership cares first about the team, then the guests and community. Our culture of care for eachother and our guests leads to our success.
They are always available and ready to chat should you need them. They are open to ideas and encourage us to take charge when we see something which needs to be fixed.
Competent, compassionate, and very generous.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unique benefits like onsite clinic 401K match

The best part about my compensation package is that that company offers a good salary and benefits based on the company's performance and market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is very much under market rate
Higher wages as the company is doing quite well so the wages should be reflected in our salaries. TM discount for dining should be greater as our prices have increased in the past several years and not truly a valuable discount as it's still unaffordable.
Working short staffed in department and expected to pick up slack without additional compensation. Bonuses spread out more evenly to entire workforce, not just upper management.
Higher bonuses after the fiscal year to salary employees

The longevity of the Team Members makes you know we are all one family here at The Breakers. You cannot beat coming to work by the ocean in such a pristine, historic property.
