everything's ok i read like this
There is no opportunities to grow in this department
The hours we work are hard enough as is. Whats harder to trying to meet the expectations of management and the guests while still trying to keep sane due to overworking and lack of rest. There is no support coming from management and the only comfort found is supporting coworkers who feel the same.
Our management team needs much more leadership development. We are being lead by a department head who divides rather than unites, and creates a hostile environment. This does not match the overall breakers culture
We all have to work together as one
Long time employees are too set in their ways. Executives need to see outside The Breakers and benchmark best practices. Overlooking things that are wrong or broken and resting on past laurels will be detrimental.
