Seeing my students great better

I am most happy when we are extremely busy. It's conducive of my nature

First of all, I respect my administration, my coworkers, and the environment in which I have to come to work every day. I'm happy because I meet different people at work, including very important people.

Working in an environment you deem safe and no sign of discrimination is experienced can make anyone happy.

I dont feel as if what im doing is not valued. I feel that i am well taken care of. I feel safe if I need help there is someone readily available.

Seeing what the chefs has created

Looking at the nice fresh cut on the golf course knowing we set those Machines up

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Souble standards and no communication

No daily schedule. No employee job training after orientation.

Carrying the workload of co-workers can be very exhausting, constantly teaching and correcting mistakes while focusing on my duties and tasks. This can be improved bye, allowing a better work-life balance time off to be exact and compensating. You are best employees.

Slow and pay is minimal

There isn't a breakroom for us to eat like on property

Having a fairer selection system to promote Team Members in the workplace placing more of the decision on Human Resources rather than allow good potential employees to overlooked and not be given a fair chance to be promoted.

Better management. Real leaders to lead the team

Being recognized more for your hard efforts, by upper management and not having favorites, in the department

I feel that as a whole our department is undervalued and unappreicated for what we do.

We are not getting compensated fairly therefore it leads to my coworkers and i looking for new jobs. It feels like we are underappreciated and not heard when it comes to this and ither problems such as uniforms, breaks, and responsibilities.

Slow days are not enjoyable due to not making tips.

Theres nothing i can do

Better pay , improved health and safety aspects in the worplace like protection from the sun at the main entrance

The banquets department needs to be completely replaced starting with the director and management.

Pay more especially with inflation, going up, it is extremely difficult, and some employees have to get double jobs and making it very stressful

They used to give us much more benefits like being able to stay there or rent bungalows now they no longer do, the health insurance is just okay, they used to give bonuses or do team outings and no longer do
