Promoting dedicated employees who are reliable and have proven to support the operation. I find that in my department they only promote you if they recommend you not because your capable of doing the job and are a reliable trustworthy employee. The culture in my department is a nepotism is directive

The leadership team should work on communicating ideas with the entirety of the team, better organizational skills, and taking initiative when problems arise.
Been in the company for awhile when i just start it use to be a great company to work for , its still a great place to work but with cast of living so high i think wages should be better and thats why the company is loosing so much good works and cant find good replacement .
The front of the house management team needs to be more diverse. Not just one type
