What are some of the best things about your team?
The golf academy has been very close over the past few years, and we work together exceptionally well.
We all work together to get the job done
Counting on each other and making work as fun as we can.
They can read the energy of their coworkers really well. It makes for some caring and supportive coworkers
Hard working friendly helpful respectful
As I mentioned in my first answer, they respect each other. In addition, they are a good team. My team works very hard and really well. Nobody is perfect, but the only important thing between us is that we woke together.

Be more accountable and more professional around guests and younger, newer team members.
Better leadership and standards enforced
About half of my coworkers are great, while the other half have a toxic work ethic and subpar customer service skills.

It is not the fault of the co. Workers, if management continues to hire younger and younger individuals with almost no work experience in the security field. This can be fixed with better training. A full understanding of the rules, regulations and full transparency.
Being a little nicer to each orher
That we all have different values and you can be upset because one does not have the same values as yours we were all raised different.
A few of them can work on their attitude and communication skills.

We would have to offer better pay to attract better coworkers, and for the existing coworkers, we would have to implement structure and guidelines

Lost all the good coworkers and now stuck training new ones.
Take pride in the way they do the job all the time. Should not feel like they have to but instead want to.
