overall it has been good

Working for Smile Brands is a breath of fresh air compared to other DSOs. Their focus on S3; Safe. Smile. Space. is something they truly believe in and follow through with which creates such a positive experience for our patients and our teams.

Overall I don't have anything horrible to say. I think sometimes there are mixed messages between some executives.
