The GM is terrible but the manager under him is great.

Hanging out with coworkers after work. It’s how I made my friends recently
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s a restaurant so even if it’s not positive, it needs to be made to look positive
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I could make cash tips that would be lovely but it’s not really their fault that I’m not.
