Embracing the need for change in processes and communication as well as shedding old biases. They care about product quality, but are blind to business process quality or efficiency

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my group and employees an emphasis on focusing on accuracy and getting the work done, we do not focus on what time you clock in or out. We try to be an asset to each other and help solve problems.
