Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies are offering at least 10% more plus bonus programs
Underpaid for the workload. It was conveyed to be this would be a good home/life balance. This could not be further from the truth.
It is okay. Nothing special.
We used to have ample time off. Now they give us just 2 weeks a year
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are tight knit group
The team is positive engaging and helpful. The team is more help than the managers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better training and retraining of employees executing incorrect procedure
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive. = Work from home and that is literally it. Cons are to many to list.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The estimating department has no idea what they are doing. It is so micromanaged that it pathetic. The estimating practices are nothing short of unethical. This company needs to take a step back and evaluate the estimating leadership.
Feel overworked and underpaid, no clear path to advancement in the company. Employees I speak to often feel they will be stuck in the same position if they stay.
Give us back our time off... we need it to recover from the fast pace
