Underpaid for the workload. It was conveyed to be this would be a good home/life balance. This could not be further from the truth.

Pretty much every single step.
The estimating department has no idea what they are doing. It is so micromanaged that it pathetic. The estimating practices are nothing short of unethical. This company needs to take a step back and evaluate the estimating leadership.
Feel overworked and underpaid, no clear path to advancement in the company. Employees I speak to often feel they will be stuck in the same position if they stay.
Give us back our time off... we need it to recover from the fast pace
