Mr. Randolph A. Chapman, also known as Randy, has been Chief Strategy Officer of Snyder's-Lance, Inc. since May 17. 2016. Mr. Chapman served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Insource Contract Services, Llc and was responsible for corporate finance, business infrastructure, and strategy. Prior to joining Insource, Mr. Chapman served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of CALEB Technologies. At CALEB Mr. Chapman oversaw the growth of Insource Contract Services, Llc and orchestrated its successful sale to Accenture. In his career, Mr. Chapman worked with McKinsey & Company where he consulted numerous companies on operational, financial, and strategic issues. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Chapman was a Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP where he advised clients on tax and audit issues. Mr. Chapman received a B S in Accountancy from Miami University Ohio, MBA from Harvard Business School and a Certified Public Accountant.
