The pay is decent. That's about it.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Literally nothing. There is no fun in working here anymore.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Their willingness to help. They can see their Supervisor's struggle to keep up with everything and they never hesitate to help where they can. Management, can't relate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being appreciative of their staff. Maybe vaccinating employees forced to make the company money and have received nothing but a $50 gas card when business is booming. Do better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When I first started, I was so invested in my position and being the best I could be for the company. It took all of 2 months for upper management to beat that out of me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

VACCINATE YOUR EMPLOYEES! Staff properly. We've been the busiest I can remember in the 10+ years I've been here, consistently (even 3rd shift) and it's a struggle to even get somebody hired. Change our hours back to normal. This nonsense has got to stop. They yank our lives around for nothing.
