Leadership needs to be better at communicating a d understanding the needs of the employer. Understanding why we do things and how it affects all users. Leaders need to listen to the subject matter experts. Leaders need to not make decisions based on who someone is but rather based on fairness.
Bonuses are below what's paid on the street and not based on performance.
I believe that a true evaluation of ones contributions to the firm should be considered during compensation review. Management should not tell you that HR is not allowing them to rate more than one employee at a time with a high performance rating just to keep the promotions and compensation lower.
Mgmt is only looking at the negative
Treat coworkers with respect. Communicate.
Get rid of the managers that been there for years .
Holding managers accountable for their behavior. Managers need to be engaged and not have bias in their decision making. Senior management has to commit to creating a positive work environment. This is unlikely as the system benefits the oligarchs, no incentive to change. Elites never give up power.
