Having the chance to work with people from different countries
toxic atmosphere, internal conflicts and isolation instead of inclusion, openness and respect. Some people have higher power than CEO and management. Only apply if you have no respect for yourself or the work you do.

Values like openness, respect, and inclusion are just marketing slogans. If you are different and do not fit the dominant group culture, you get fired. People report every minor issue to HR, Despite you're top dev of a project that entered critical growth process, they fire you and cut off access.

What’s going wrong is a culture built on pressure, opacity, and extraction instead of trust and value. It can improve with transparent leadership, fair compensation, fewer useless layers, ethical HR practices, and rewarding real impact—not compliance or recruit
