What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The last interviewer concluded by standing up and exiting the room. No pleasantries, no handshake, no thank you and no goodbye. The whole thing was weird and confusing, and in hindsight set the pace and atmosphere for the rest of my time working there. Rude, unprofessional, and just strange...
