Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reached arbitrary compensation goals earlier than company expected, so they held off promotions and compensation benefits
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They hire anyone who can make a phone call which is not consistent with job performance and the successful reps.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They are open about being high on having a revolving door for all employees. Doesn’t really value any person.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Negative atmosphere and working with great customers who are tired of how the companies runs the business and not willing to fix customer satisfaction until it comes down to a sale being on the line
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Like in any big company, decisions come slower - I would like to see faster decisions on matters that have high impact on employees
