What makes you most happy at work?Being able to use my strengths to help improve my department and processes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They are transparent in all aspects of the organization. They are always open to hear new ideas and discuss strategy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Great vacation/holiday pay as well as ability to work from home. Health benefits are good as well.
