My team members are trustworthy people of character and we always back each other up if there's a guest dispute.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when I get my schedule less than one week in advance and still am expected to provide 24/7 availability. a shift differential for the night shift would make a huge difference.
