Sono Bello Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They haven't raised the price of health insurance for at least 3 years (I can't remember if it's 3 or 5 years) and I have the opportunity to make monthly bonuses.

Review from Customer Success Dept

not able to use. dont get benefits from here,

Review from Customer Success Dept

The bonus structure is AMAZING

Review from Sales Dept

Our benefits, sick/vacation/pto's are all great.

Review from Admin Dept

My salary, and bonus structure

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus structure is based on performance, allows you to exceed income levels based on what you contribute

Review from Business Development Dept

Receiving complimentary liposuction after a year of employment.

Review from Product Dept

my pay rate is great.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Nothing in particular stands out.

Review from Admin Dept

It is a fair package.

Review from Executive Dept

The commission/bonus is nice when the goals are set at an attainable level.

Review from Sales Dept

i can't just say one good thing its overall a great package

Review from Customer Support Dept

Paid more when I onboard someone

Review from Operations Dept

The extra days off around holidays are very encouraging. The medical overages charges being covered by the company are very supportive as well.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not receive benefits because I work at sono bello part time. I am aware of the benefits, and I consider them to be generous.

Review from Operations Dept

401K matching benefit starting in Jan

Review from Customer Support Dept

Every person likes the bonuses!

Review from Operations Dept

The bonuses and days off

Review from Operations Dept

The frequent bonus and opportunity to make more

Review from Sales Dept

The raises based off the market and constant room for growth is the best part

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

raise increases should match or go above yearly cost of living increase.

Review from Product Dept

Competitive salary and better total rewards package

In the 6 years ive been here ive gone from the esthetician to the fdc to helping in the back and now the surgical housekeeper role as well still helping up front and i feel like i can barely make ends meet and it seems like I've had to ask for raises and its very small. I think raises should be more

Review from Customer Support Dept

With all the travel and time away form home, I wish I was getting paid more. Not everyone can do what I do and be away for weeks at a time.

Review from Operations Dept

With how the rest of the country's cost of living has raised, it's very obvious to see we're reaching out more to those in Oklahoma City than those in Washington anymore, due to the cost of living being lower. Raising pay may keep tenured agents longer as prices raise countrywide.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being a nurse 40 plus years and all the duties especially scrub tech duties and with inflation a extra increase in salary would be awesome

Review from Operations Dept

Balancing the needs of the company, while supporting the nurses that are so critical to the operation. If need be I stay at work to get the job done. I believe my salary should more than what it is now. and a deserving 2 weeks vacation paid time off.

Review from Operations Dept

The cost of living exceeds my income. I live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford groceries.

Review from Operations Dept

As a CES I get paid really well. I feel that my bonus structure is unfair. There are days I am doing intakes and consents to keep us in flow. If the PCC doesn't reach goal, then I don't bonus. I feel with me doing these extra steps I should bonus regardless of if goal was met.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The work/life balance is not taken into consideration

Review from Operations Dept

I feel we really work our rear ends off and hae to always be on point and the nuumbers are always right there in your face and to think of how much money we bring in to the business. I do not actually think it is right that we only get paid if the patient has a procedure.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel the nurses are underpaid. Our managers tell us the hospitals benefits do not compare to ours and we would have to work weekends and holidays - but we choose to work at the hospital because we enjoy caring for our patients. At times I am tempted to go back to the hospital for the extra pay.

Review from Operations Dept

PM and APM compensation in some markets is below industry standard.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel like for the amount of work required the compensation is not enough.

Review from Admin Dept

The amount of roles the clinical staff fullfills and the little compensation recieved. We play the role of office visit, preop, circulator, scrub, and recovery nurse. We should be compensated fairly.

Review from Operations Dept

I do not wish to respond to this in a survey

Review from Operations Dept

I feel that I constantly step up and work hard but I don't feel appreciated. I feel I'm very much disposable to the company. It's also a blow when I've worked here 2+yrs & a new hire gets hired on making more money for the same position as I'm in. I don't feel appreciated at all.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Not everyone is paid accurately. reviews should be based on performance.

Review from Sales Dept

my opinions are never taken into consideration; and as far as compensation if the cost of living was kept into consideration

Review from Operations Dept

If there were quarterly bonuses or no bonuses and higher hourly pay
