What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are in the adventure together. There is a sense of mutual support, especially in tough times or project that must be delivered in tight timelines. Impact is prioritised over effort.

good cohort of colleagues, everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help out. Being a global company comes with its challenges, and collaborating across the timezones (boston to Switzerland) can be tiring and challenging.
