It is known that the company pays under market because they view people indespensibly. Its a revolving door
Low pay, no professional or career development budget, no health and wellness budget
They should provide resources for people to learn after hours and the salary is under in the boston market
Lack of automomy and freedom to act
No bonus included. even if "I'm closing deals"

Trust your employees, stop subjective judgement, and stop promoting toxic behavior and overlooking the impact of toxic managers on your talented employees.
Replace the CEO - the toxic environment is directly driven by him. He is feared and unchallenged.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed efficiency amd sense of urgency
Trust the process of recruitment, centralize the hiring process within the hiring team, and implement better standards to eliminate biased opinions
Design a process, with proper two way education to that prospective employees can make a decision based on true information, not lies.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not sure, i think maybe we should have a cloud server for our software
Extreme stress, lack of respect, lack of ability to do my job properly.
