Again back to communication, there is a terrible communication problem at my company

The interviews were nerve racking however each interviewer gave me tips to prepare for the next one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the group is mostly physicians there are multiple support personnel who do not make the salary the physicians make and the benefits are ridiculously expensive.
