Constant increase in workload, favoritism for the employees who've been there for decades, a literal employee in supervision that's borderline illiterate, look no further than 170+ reviews and only 9 employee reviews. These are clearly being gamed by insiders.

Typical bureaucracy, nobody really takes ownership after decades of good ideas being shot down because someone above them has said either "this is how we've always done it" or the more current issue being that most have been there long enough to not keep current with technology.
