The hiring process was an absoloute nighmare. You have to reach out to the recruiters yourself. There is also blatant sexism and gender discrimination at the Boca Chica site, mainly in the hiring for the production coordinator positions. They turn down extremely capable women for unqualified males.

The atmosphere and knowing what we are doing to progress space travel are the best aspects!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Certain men need to be less discriminatory towards women because we have lost SEVERAL good candidates that would have been major assets. The recruiters need to be more responsive to perspective hires, because you have to hunt for feedback aboot your interview.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get rid of the horrible managers who are responsible for the hiring on the production side. We wait hours for parts because they dont hire people who are organized. The blatant sexism in this deparment needs to be addressed as well.
