I was surprised by the interview questions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

All bases covered. Bonus are very good and better than don't other industries.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They allow you to think. Lots to do in a short period of time. Lots of innovative thinking and ideas between teams and departments.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again they don’t want to see issues, or will ignore glaring problems that will blow up a rocket.
