What makes you most happy at work?

Submersing myself in a project. No specifics for obvious reasons, but knowing my work is important does make me happy.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Again they don’t want to see issues, or will ignore glaring problems that will blow up a rocket.
