Lack of experience, as the company expands the number of motivated, skilled workers has decreased. Company seems to breed social climbers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not interact much with the team. Environment feels a bit like surfs and nobles. There is a lot of cliques and favoritism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fair payscales, fair opportunities for advancements, were out dead weight and replace with motivated people. No quantifiable review system, reviews based solely on one individuals opinion
