Planing and some Program management will go a long way. Haste is waste. Ask for help rather than expect it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees are people with feelings, not numbers or robots. It doesn't seem like our time is respected, but expected. "It's the culture"
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Rockets are cool. So is free coffee and Froyo...but that's about it. The culture would benefit greatly from some better planning on projects. I know the pace is fast, but get it right the first time. It's a shame to see others work late nights just to cut corners.
