What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The communication need alot of improving
Communication with everyone not just the higher ups
Leading and communicating skills, morals
Understanding that the employee has bills and the expense of driving not only in gas but on the car and its occupants its worth a lot more than what they are paying so expect to get the quality of work you can afford at these cut rates.
Mid level managers are capricious, cruel and abusive. HR is totally disconnected from this reality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treat the employees with respect
To actual get paid for the work I've done
Getting paid better for mileage
The wage is low, a lot of work in minimal time allowed and little to no contact or direction from supervisor.
I think we should earn more in pay and per diem. We're away from our families and working really hard. It's deserved but I'm not complaining just starting my opinion
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listening and following instructions from managers.
Limited contact with anyone in the company, let alone other merchandisers.
