It is the best because it involves a good price no matter how many people it will just serve as a possibility for all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I love spectrum and ready to be proud of it anywhere I go but spectrum just don't want to employ me back I just wanted to let the world know spectrum is the best and help me reach out to spectrum to hire me as a remote worker thank you
Company desires to hire at market mid-point rather than paying a premium or desiring top talent. Other companies in industry offer better stock options and 401K matching at higher limits.

That you can talk and nobody bothers you for it
In our facility, I have seen a family like care to the personal lives of our co-workers. We have held benefits for employees who have been ill or have lost children unexpectedly.
