What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay is competitive for the area in which we live.
They are very generous with the PTO time that we use for vacation. sick days, and for time we just need off for family

Going from $10 per hour about 6 years ago to $16 per hour now is great step into the future. One that a lot of other distributions and warehouses should follow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Perform duties outside of the normal required duties with no extra compensation. Even a slight pay increase or even some recognition would go a long way
We don’t come close to the median pay for the positions we hold. We might occasionally receive a raise of 10 or 15 cents but it isn’t annually and it isn’t enough to make a difference when the cost of living is so much above the pay. I really like the company but they compensate poorly.
