What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct leadership team is stellar, yet they suffer from a lot of the same conditions and negarive treatment as we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The presence of a small number of individuals who believe in the benefits of fostering positive culture along with a semi-relaxed atmosphere and environment primarily due to minor conveniences, e.g. dress code and shift flexibility

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Interdepartmental communication and collaboration is expected and frequent, while facilitating that interaction is non-existent. The presence of departmental tribalism causes unhealthy competition, animosity, and sabotage rather than the growth and teamwork necessary to prosper.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Use a minimum of 2 personnel to engage and evaluate each candidate, increasing compliance with appropriate on-boarding procedures via peer-to-peer "checks and balances". AUDIT THE PROCESS regularly to identify and prevent negative experiences and increase initial positive outlook

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The absence of any concern, consideration, recognition, appreciation, or basic decency that is normally extended towards myself and my co-workers. I believe a serious re-evaluation of the entirety of employee morale is dangerously overdue, while any actual improvements may be too late, already.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

End the current, unwavering fixation on revenue growth and expansion while pivoting to a temporary period of focus on other aspects related to supporting the people responsible for your success. Work towards an equilibrium that will sustain growth and development for company AND people.
