my store manager fought for things to be right for the employees. the dm and higher ups in the company did not care to fix issues
They all went out of their way to help me
Well I am a manger and I do love my fellow managers we are all very well communicated with each other, and are always there when we need each other.
Values opinions and ideas. Doesn't micromanage and trusts in your ability to do your work.
Very transparent but could have better communication
They are stong fighters and great with our guests

My direct leadership team is stellar, yet they suffer from a lot of the same conditions and negarive treatment as we do.

A select few have leadsership qualities with genuine intent to facilitate employee success and growth, but most are only managers by title, and because of time sperved, but don't exhibit real knowledge or understanding in their fields. Simple questions often prompt defensiveness and hostility.
The team is incredible but they aren't very easy with you and don't get paid alot
I like how my boss notices good work and comments on it. As far as higher up, the "shut up and listen" method is common.

COMMUICATE TO EACH OTHER TELL US WHAT TO DO MORE CLEARLY Although treating us like family and friends are nice, I think we need to understand that we are co-wokers/colleagues. I dont need to feel guilted into going to work on my days off.

They need to get their system corrected so young people working for them get paid. Check Reddit for the number of young people trying to find a way to get paid.

There is no leadership. There are just people who are put into executive positions that are emotionally unhinged and who enjoy belittling the people that work for them.
Actually talking to their employees and finding out what needs to improve so the high turnover rate will improve.

The store manager needs to learn to mind his business and not talk about his associates behind his back.
They need to focus On Supporting their associates better.
