I had an in person interview with the store manager and a phone interview with the district manager. It was very laid back, but asked some thought provoking questions.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop making people take Excel tests and focus more on the quality of the applicants.
Ask more questions relevant to the job.
More questions about the job and less questions about the same situation worded differently
Use a minimum of 2 personnel to engage and evaluate each candidate, increasing compliance with appropriate on-boarding procedures via peer-to-peer "checks and balances". AUDIT THE PROCESS regularly to identify and prevent negative experiences and increase initial positive outlook
Entire onboarding was unprofessional and painstakingly lengthy. HR representative was highly inept. Interview was cringeworthy and rushed, interviewer was rude and couldn't answer most simple questions about the company. Also failed to pay for drug screening, failed to notify me.
