We are diverse and come from all walks of life. If we were all the same it would be very boring
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked with the company for years and now a person with less experience has started at the same wage as if all my experience means nothing. I was also suppose to receive a certificate, gift and gift card for 10 years of service but my manager has forgotten for the past year.
