Everyone is usually in a pretty good mood, so it's nice to work in that environment.

The opportunity to pass good work ethic onto those just entering the work field. It's also pretty casual and fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid $14 an hour as a sales supervisor. The bath and bodyworks next door pays $17.50 for that position. Yet I feel compelled to stay because the team would fall apart if I quit, though I wouldn't be paid more if I said I was thinking of leaving.
